1. Definitions
“Shipper” or “You” means the customer scheduling a shipment. “Consignee” means the recipient. “Shipment” means any parcel, package, document, or freight booked with MuscatSooq.2. Eligibility & Acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable to contract. By using our Services, you accept these Terms.3. Accounts & Security
You may create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.4. Service Areas & International Coverage
MuscatSooq operates in Oman and delivers internationally to six countries. Coverage may vary by location. Customs clearance is required for international shipments.5. Booking & Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to accept or refuse shipments at our discretion. Shipments must comply with our policies.6. Packaging & Prohibited Items
Customers are responsible for proper packaging. Prohibited items include weapons, narcotics, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, and other restricted items under Omani law.7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.8. Delivery & Timeframes
Domestic shipments (within Oman): estimated 1–3 business days. International shipments: 5–10 business days, subject to customs clearance.9. Tracking & Status Updates
We provide tracking numbers for most shipments. Updates are subject to carrier system availability.10. Fees & Payments
All fees must be paid in OMR or USD. Accepted methods: credit/debit cards, online payments. Additional surcharges may apply.11. Insurance, Loss & Damage
We offer optional shipment insurance. Without insurance, our liability is limited to the minimum compensation allowed by Omani law.12. Claims & Time Limits
Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Supporting documents are required.13. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are subject to review. Bookings may only be canceled prior to pickup. Once a shipment is collected, no cancellations are permitted.14. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and use personal data in line with Omani regulations. Data may be shared with customs or third-party carriers where necessary.15. Third-Party Carriers
For international deliveries, we may partner with third-party carriers. Their terms may also apply.16. Compliance & Restrictions
You agree not to use our Services for unlawful purposes, in violation of Omani or international export regulations.17. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and designs are owned by MuscatSooq. Unauthorized use is prohibited.18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the new Terms.19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Muscat.20. Language
These Terms are provided in English. If translated, the English version shall prevail in case of conflict.21. Contact
